If you need a little help finding the best item, here are a few tips:

  • Enter descriptive terms in the search bar to start your search. For example: “Scentless Candles”, or “Healing Stones”.Search results are ordered by how relevant the items are to what you search for.
  • Filter search results by product category.
  • Check the item’s reviews to help guide your decision.

How to add an item to a cart

  • Click to enter the details page of the product you need.
  • Select a specific size, color, shape, etc. and change the quantity to the amount you need to purchase.
  • Click the "Add to cart" button.

How to Contact  MysticPavilion

  1. Tap Contact on the homepage.
  2. Type your question and your information into the textbox.
  3. After you send your message, you will be responded soon.

What if an item is unavailable?

There are a few reasons an item might be missing:   

  • Items have been sold out.
  • MysticPavilion removed the item.

What payment methods can I use to check out on MysticPavilion?
We accept most forms of payment : Visa, Mastercard , Ameican Express, Union Pay, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL, and Google Pay.

Tax

Will I have to pay for tax or customs on my order?
When buying from another country, you may be charged additional fees depending on the import taxes and/or customs duties of your home country. You may need to pay the charges once you receive your order.

How to check out on MysticPavilion

MysticPavilion offers many ways to pay safely. You can choose Add to cart if you want to purchase more than one listing. Once you have added all desired items, click on the shopping cart icon to review the items in your cart. Then Click on the "Checkout" button to start the checkout process. Fill in your shipping address details, including name, address, city, zip code, and contact information. Finally select payment method and click "Pay Now" to complete the purchase.

I'm having trouble checking out

If you are having trouble checking out, check these common issues:

  • I'm seeing an error when I try to check out
If you see the error: "There was a problem with your order. Please try again, if you continue to have problems, please contact support."

Then: Review the billing and shipping information you entered and check that it is correct. If it is correct, select Contact Support at the bottom of this page.

  • My order is still processing

If you received an email from MysticPavilion saying that your order is still processing, most orders are processed in under 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when the review is complete.

I'm having a technical problem with buying on MysticPavilion
  • Something is wrong with my order

If you find something wrong with your order, you can contact us to report and mediate a problem with an order on MysticPavilion.

  • My location is wrong when estimating

If your location is wrong when estimating your shipping costs on a listing page, you can update your location for shipping estimates on the listing page. Click the dropdown with the current address and change the country and zip or postal code. This will update the shipping cost estimate.

What should I do if my purchase was declined?

When we are unable to process your order, you will receive an automated email from order@mysticpavilion.com informing you about it.If you can not find the email, search your inbox for emails and check your spam or junk mail folders.

If we could not process your order, it may be because of:

  • An issue processing the payment at the end
  • The goods are temporarily unavailable for sale
  • The payments could not be processed

While you are not able to purchase, you can try making the purchase again using a different payment method. If the order still will not process we recommend that you contact us with any questions.

Your Orders

What’s the Status of My Order?

You can check the shipping status of your order on https://mysticpavilion.com/ If there is a tracking number, you can use that to get detailed information about the package’s movement through the shipping carrier.

Changing or Cancelling an order

No worries! While we are unable to make changes to existing orders, you can cancel your order up to 30 minutes after placing it via your MysticPavilion account or on the confirmation page after checkout.

Order verification

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order we ship out is authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Delivery

How do I change my delivery address?

Requests to change the shipping address, shipping method, or to modify or cancel an order are unable to be fulfilled once the order has been submitted, due to the expedited nature of our order processing. If you need to change the address, it is recommended to cancel the order and place a new order.

When will my order be shipped?

After successful payment, we will prepare the shipment and ship it on time. Mostly, we will complete the shipment process in 7 business days. If the shipment is not completed within a maximum of 10 days, we will close the order and return all funds to you.

How do I track my order?

You will see a Track Package button next to the order on your Purchase page. Select Track Package to see detailed information about your package’s status. You can also see shipping information in the shipping notification emails for your order. Select Track Package in the email notification to view the status of your delivery.

My order hasn't arrived on time

Once the package has been picked up and transferred to the shipping provider, MysticPavilion is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order. If you are on a deadline or a strict timeline, we highly recommend looking into expedited shipping options, as even if you live locally, there are significant delays with ground shipping.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

We are so sorry your candle arrived damaged. Please feel free to contact us and we will get you taken care of ASAP!

Return

Return Policy

All returns must be issued within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return. To initiate a return, please contact support@mysticpavilion.com with your order number and refund request.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To request a return or exchange:

  • Head to our website and log into your account.
  • Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
  • In the upper right hand corner, there will be a “Request Return” button.
  • Click on the button and fill out the questions to follow.
  • Once you finish, our customer service team will review your request and either approve or deny it.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to send back your merchandise to our warehouse.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
