Return Policy
All returns must be issued within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return. To initiate a return, please contact support@mysticpavilion.com with your order number and refund request.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To request a return or exchange:
- Head to our website and log into your account.
- Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
- In the upper right hand corner, there will be a “Request Return” button.
- Click on the button and fill out the questions to follow.
- Once you finish, our customer service team will review your request and either approve or deny it.
- If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to send back your merchandise to our warehouse.
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
