Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that all order cancellations are subject to a processing fee of approximately 6%. The exact fee amount depends on the specific order details and payment gateway requirements. This fee will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount during processing. Cancellations cannot be processed after the 24-hour window has passed.

Return & Exchange Policy

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to the specific order you wish to return.
  3. Click the β€œRequest Return” button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Complete the required questions and submit your request.
  5. Our customer service team will review your request for approval.

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a shipping label to send the merchandise back to our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your reimbursement.
