If you have purchased multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages, as it may involve different suppliers. For specific tracking numbers and updates on your shipment, please check the logistics notification email sent to you.
Mystical Pavilion Returns Policy
At Mystic Pavilion we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
- Essential oils are only eligible for return if the seal is intact.
- Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged; sale items are final sale.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
- When mailing returned items, please ensure they are carefully packaged. We are not responsible for any items that are broken during the return shipping process.
