How to Get Help Before You Buy

Ask the seller

For questions about items or shipping, contact the seller:

  1. On a listing page, select Message Seller under the listing title.
  2. If you aren’t already signed in to your MysticPavilion account, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
  3. Type your question into the text box.
  4. Select Send. The seller is notified of the new message and can respond.

I need an item quickly

If you find an item you want to purchase on MysticPavilion, check the Shipping & returns section on the right side of the listing page. You’ll see either:

  • Ready to ship in: How many days it’ll take the seller to prepare your order to be ready to ship.
  • Estimated delivery date: When your order should arrive at your address.

When you search for items on MysticPavilion, specify that you’re looking for items that will ship quickly:

  1. On MysticPavilion, search for something in the search bar.
  2. Under Shipping on the left of the page, select Ready to ship in 1 business day or Ready to ship within 3 business days. This shows you only items with short processing times.

Is buying on MysticPavilion safe? 

You can shop confidently with MysticPavilion's Purchase Protection program. For qualifying orders, get a full refund if your purchase doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
